Describe the pattern, not just the last blockage.
Tell us which fixtures are affected, when the trouble began, and what has already been tried. You do not need to identify the cause or choose the equipment before calling.
- One affected drain
- Identify the fixture, what you notice during use, and when it started. Those observations help describe the request.
- A returning or wider problem
- Explain which other areas are affected and what happened after previous cleaning or repairs.
Drain cleaning or sewer repair?
Cleaning addresses a blockage; it does not replace damaged piping. Share any findings about a leaking or damaged sewer line, as that may call for sewer repair or repiping instead.
Help prevent another blockage.
Keep cooking grease and wipes out of drains. EPA identifies fats, oils, grease, and some products labeled flushable as materials that can block sewers.
