Slab leaks, sewer repairs, and replacement piping.
Slab leak locating & repair
Share visible signs, earlier findings, and where the concern appears. The affected line needs to be identified before selecting a repair method.
Water & sewer repiping
If you have a repiping recommendation, identify whether it concerns the water supply or sewer lines. Ask what will be replaced, what access is involved, and how restoration is addressed.
Sewer repair
Share whether the sewer issue has been identified, which fixtures are affected, and what work has already been attempted. Recurrent symptoms and a written diagnosis are different kinds of information.
Keep the repair records.
Save the completion date, work description, invoice, and useful photographs. These records help with future plumbing work and any separate utility-account review.
A repair does not automatically qualify for a water-bill adjustment. Check the provider on your bill and its application requirements.
Princeton utility billing forms
Princeton’s Utility Billing Forms page provides digital and PDF versions of its Water Adjustment Form.
Use the current form to see the information and conditions the city requires. Keep your repair records and ask Utility Billing about eligibility; Kramer cannot approve a utility adjustment.
Read the official city resourceConfirm current requirements with the city or your water provider.
