Slab leak locating, sewer repair, and new fixtures.
Slab leak locating & repair
Have an alert, a meter-usage pattern, or earlier test findings? Note when the change started and whether any plumbing work has already been done. An alert does not locate a leak.
Sewer repair
Tell us whether a damaged sewer line has been identified or whether the concern is still an unexplained blockage. We offer sewer repair and drain cleaning, and their scopes should not be confused.
Fixture installation
Send the fixture model, the room it will go in, and whether the connections are changing. For customer-supplied products, discuss compatibility and written warranty exclusions before the installation.
Use your water history to describe the problem.
Save alert dates, changes in usage, and the fixtures affected. Keep prior repair records with those observations so the plumber can see what has already been checked.
For installation or repiping, identify the system involved and any access restrictions. A property manager should also provide the person authorized to approve the work.
Allen smart meters and WaterSmart
Allen water customers can use WaterSmart for hourly usage information and automatic leak alerts.
Review the usage pattern and save the relevant dates before discussing a possible leak. Do not share your portal password with us; the alert or usage summary is enough for the first call.
