Leak locating, drain cleaning, and tankless installation.
Slab leak locating & repair
Usage alerts and the dates a change appeared are useful background. They do not establish that the leak is under the slab, so include visible symptoms or earlier assessments rather than choosing a repair in advance.
Drain cleaning
Note whether one drain or several are involved, whether the problem repeats, and what has been done before. We can discuss the request without assuming every drain issue requires sewer replacement.
Tankless installation
Tell us about the existing equipment, its location, and whether you are replacing or changing systems. Product selection should follow the property’s installation requirements, not just the desired unit.
Keep useful usage records—not login details.
Check the water provider shown on your account. Share relevant usage dates and visible signs with the plumber, but keep login and financial information private.
For an installation, describe the equipment and whether its location or connections will change. Provide the contact who can arrange access.
Little Elm water billing and usage tools
Little Elm links its My Water Advisor residential consumption portal from Water Billing Customer Service and describes usage thresholds with text or email alerts.
Eligible utility customers can use that information to describe changes in water use. A usage alert does not locate a plumbing leak.
Read the official city resourceConfirm current requirements with the city or your water provider.
