Repiping, water-heater replacement, and commercial plumbing.
Water & sewer repiping
Say whether the work involves water or sewer lines, and provide any prior recommendation. Ask about the sections included, access, finished surfaces, and the written warranty for that particular project.
Water heaters
Provide the equipment location and current setup. Discuss removal, connection changes, and any required approvals instead of treating the new heater as the entire installation scope.
Commercial plumbing
Identify the authorized person, the on-site contact, and whether operating hours limit access.
Keep repair records with your water account.
Save the work description, invoice, and repair dates. Ask the utility whether your account type meets the rules for any billing adjustment.
For plumbing work, confirm the equipment, access, price, and written warranty. Utility-program eligibility is a separate decision.
The Colony residential leak-adjustment request
The Colony’s leak-adjustment request is for eligible occupied residential accounts; the form excludes commercial and vacant or temporary accounts.
Check the current form’s conditions and deadlines directly with the city. Availability of commercial plumbing from Kramer does not change those account rules.
Read the official city resourceConfirm current requirements with the city or your water provider.
